Driver info : ANDREW COUSINS

ThunderCat Racing is a true passion for me. I have taken part in two previous seasons gaining experience as a driver and co-driver in other teams whenever the chance arose.

Taking any opportunity to race I have always been keen to get on the water. I have had the taste of success which I truly want to continue in future seasons.

Competing is something which not only comes naturally to me, but is a vital part of my life. Over the years I have competed at high levels in several sports, including rugby, lacrosse, shooting and boxing to name a few. I always strive to succeed in every sport, ambition and hobby that takes place in my life, and for the foreseeable future success in the Thundercat Racing series is my ambition.

I am currently located between Bournemouth and Somerset. Somerset is both home to me, and also the area in which I am currently working in as a paralegal for Slee Blackwell Solicitors. Bournemouth is my second home and place of study, where I am reading Law at Bournemouth University. Any time down time I have in between is spent on the water or developing myself for the sport.

Andy was unable to race at 2 of our 2015 events, but achieved an impressive 15th place in the driver standings.

Andy then travelled to Malta as part of the GB contingency where he unfortunately had to retire in the longhaul event but was placed 6th overall in the Pro-Stock class.

We look forward to seing him race in 2016.

Co-driver info : KERSEY SEGGER

We welcome Kersey to ThunderCat Racing for the 2016 season.  Kersey has been out training with Andy and they are looking forward to some great racing in 2016.

Berti has always had love for speed in some way or another. With a background in engineering and single seater race car design and build. You will always find Berti on the beach, tweaking the boat to get the perfect setup for the team.

Grant Harrison is no stranger to ThunderCat Racing having raced it, managed his son's team, designed and help build the Bobkat brand - along with many many MANY years of being involved with offshore racing both here in the UK and South Africa. He was even around when ThunderCats first started out in South Africa!!
