The rescheduled Watergate Bay heats of the ThunderCat racing championship are to take place between the 19th and 20th November 2016.
Originally scheduled to take place in September, the event had to be postponed because of adverse weather conditions and for the protection of the racers, water based marshals and support teams.
Saturday and Sunday will see a full days racing with approximately 20 teams’ complete 6 heats, with the top 12 teams going through to the final 9 lap heat on both days. The extreme surf beach will provide some spectacular racing with fast action packed racing guaranteed for both spectators and racers alike.
